Use of medical cannabis: perceptions of Israeli oncologists (The Lancet)

Since 2010, Israeli patients with cancer can receive a permit for cannabis use for palliation after a recommendation by their treating oncologist. According to the Israeli Ministry of Health, more than 10 000 patients with cancer receive permits annually, making it the most commonly prescribed medication by the Israeli oncologists.
